How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days depending on your location and product availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your order anytime.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, your order may already be processed for shipping.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to start a return.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at support@cartorify.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address.
